ADVOCACY GROUPS across this Country benefit from these programs. Trail development and maintenance efforts can be funded through grants from the Recreational Trail Program. Monies collected from OHV tags/gas taxes are how these grants are funded. If you have ridden one our passion projects, namely Red Ridge or CDO, you can see these funds at work and how they transform our outdoor experience. These funds are at risk of being cut. A few elected officials see the value in funding public lands and are offering up legislation that could expand the amount of money put towards funding the RTP.
